SHE Project

In this initiative, Abora creates a new hybrid panel from scratch with the aim of going to the essential principle of transforming solar irradiation into heat and electricity.

The new Solar, Heat & Electricity (SHE) technology breaks with the traditional concept of hybrid solar panels linking photovoltaic panels and thermal solar collectors. Abora has patented a disruptive innovation that completely changes the structure and manufacturing process of hybrid solar panels, which is intended to increase the energy efficiency of the product while reducing costs. We are unique because, with the SHE collector, in addition to saving 50% of the space available on the roof of an installation, we provide a payback period of 5 years (compared to the average 8 years that may require a thermal collector) generating 4 times more energy than a conventional photovoltaic panel.
